Every RebelSites site includes a contact form that visitors can use to reach you. No setup required — it works the moment your site is published.
Form submissions are emailed to the address on your account. You'll get a notification with the visitor's name, email, phone (if they provided it), and their message.
The default contact form asks for:
Name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Message / description of what they need
The AI generates a form that matches your business type. A plumber might get "Describe the issue" while a photographer might get "Event date and type."
If you want leads sent to a different email (like a team inbox), update your account email in Settings, or ask in the chat and we'll update it for you.
Make sure your CTA (call-to-action) is visible on every page.
Keep the form short — name, email, and one question is plenty.
Include your phone number prominently for people who prefer to call.
