Sometimes the live preview in the builder doesn't look right. Here are the common causes and fixes.
The site is still generating. Wait for the progress indicator to complete.
Try clicking the refresh icon in the preview toolbar.
Hard refresh your browser (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
Browser cache — hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R).
The edit might still be processing. Wait 10–15 seconds and refresh.
Try opening the preview URL in a new incognito/private window.
The preview and published site should look identical. If they don't:
The published site might be cached. Give it 2–3 minutes after publishing.
If you made edits but didn't re-publish, the preview is ahead of the live site. Hit Publish to sync them.
If this happened after an edit, the AI might have made a conflicting change. Try undoing the last edit or regenerating the affected section.
Check both desktop and mobile views — sometimes it looks fine on one but not the other.
